The writing of my memoir revealed how self-therapy is a powerful tool.  When guilt and remorse take control—the emotions boil over, and there is a déjà vu moment where you have no choice but to accept the inevitable truth.  

The book focuses on the issues and necessary changes to improve one's life.  The reader is shown how jealousy is a sin, why depression can happen to anyone, and how insecurities and anger are neighbors.
